BRANDING | FRESH AT HEART (MALAYSIA)
Fresh At Heart (FAH) by The Fish Club is a local fishing family & group of friends based in Malaysia. They manage in-house seafood processing after purchase those from fishermen and deliver the fresh food to online consumers eventually. In Dec 2018, FAH established their 1st physical store, aims to serve their customers better.
However, the startup was facing multiple challenges in revealing their brand identity, telling their brand story. Pineapple Studio offered a series of branding support, identified FAH’s personality, and put on the brand identity. It shines to be one of our favourite projects.

We represented FAH’s critical four-steps procedure throughout the illustration set –
First sketch:
Step 1: Fishing trip
FAH collaborated with most of the fishermen in Pontian, Johor. Due to the size of fishing boat, most of the fishing trips are completed in 36 hours – 100% preservative free!
Partnering with the fishermen, FAH obtained the priority to purchase the seafood once the fishermen unload the goods from their fishing boat.
FAH conducted their seafood processing by their own. They clean, vacuum pack, and blast chill the goods, to ensure everything is perfect before the delivery.
No more odour from wet market! Customers can purchase their favourite seafood by a simple click. Customers can receive the products within 48 hours once the order made.
